Two on-ice training sessions per day: Total of 10 training sessions / 12.5 hoursThe focus will be on skating, individual skills, and individual tactics. The individual player and their optimal development are clearly the focus of this camp week. One off-ice training session per day, as well as additional group sessions in areas such as theory, personal development, fun, or adventure. Variety and neccessary recovery are provided.
